BioBall vor Ort | Die Karbonisierungsanlage der EAD Darmstadt

With our "BioBall on site" series of events, we take you directly to where new technologies are being tested and implemented and where the future is already being shaped today.

Our first stop takes us to the  EAD carbonization plant  in Darmstadt, a showcase project for sustainable raw material recycling. The plant produces 1,000 tons of biochar per year from regional green waste - a process that not only stores CO₂ but also opens up promising economic fields of application.

In addition to the plant, you will also be presented with the BioBall project  PYROCEM , in which TU Darmstadt is researching how biochar can be used as a sustainable alternative to fly ash in cement-bound building materials.

Take this opportunity to: ✅Gainpracticalinsights into one of the first carbonization plants in Germany. ✅Get to knowinnovativeapplications of biochar for your industry. ✅Make valuablecontacts with experts from research and industry .

Due to limited capacity, places are very limited - register directly here!
